Blueberry, Banana & Spinach Smoothie

Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS

1 cup blueberries

1 cup baby spinach

1 banana, chopped

1½ cups ice

PREPARATION

1. Place the blueberries, spinach, and banana in a blender or food processor and blend until just combined.

2. Add in the ice and continue to blend until the mixture is smooth.

3. Serve immediately.

4. Enjoy
